Fortnitemares 2024 Challenges, Game Mode, And Event
This year’s Fortnitemares event brings a spooky array of skins, challenges, game modes, and weapons for Fortnite players to enjoy. The best part is that you can unlock rewards by completing quests, with a total of 11 rewards up for grabs.
- Complete 1 Quest: The Fangler Bass
- Complete 2 Quests: Carver’s Helm Emoticon
- Complete 3 Quests: Horde’s War Wheel Back Bling
- Complete 4 Quests: Thrills & Chills Loading Screen
- Complete 5 Quests: Nightmare’s Choice Jam Track
- Complete 6 Quests: Knight of the Patch Banner Icon
- Complete 7 Quests: Jack-o’-Drifter Contrail
- Complete 8 Quests: Fiendish Wand Pickaxe
- Complete 9 Quests: Cauldron Chill Emote
- Complete 10 Quests: Night of the Nitemares Loading Screen
- Complete 11 Quests: The Great Scarecrow Glider
While there will be more quests available, you don’t need to complete them all to earn the listed rewards.
Horde Rush
Horde Rush, a limited-time mode, is back for Fortnitemares 2024. This mode challenges you and three other players to take on waves of enemies, culminating in a battle against a massive cube monster boss. Completing challenges in this mode will also earn you XP.
Symbiote Cup
As part of the ongoing Marvel theme in Chapter 5 Season 4, the Fortnitemares Symbiote Cup is a Duos tournament where players can compete to earn the She-Venom and Agony skins by reaching the top of the leaderboard. This presents a great opportunity for free-to-play gamers to unlock these popular symbiote skins. The tournament kicks off on October 22.
Fortnitemares 2024 Skins
Fortnitemares 2024 introduces a range of Halloween-themed skins from various franchises, adding to the spooky atmosphere of the game. Among the skins players can expect to see in the item shop are:
- A Nightmare Before Christmas: Sally and The Pumpkin King Skins
- Tim Burton’s Edward Scissorhands Skin
- Disney Villains: Maleficent, Captain Hook, and Cruella De Vil Skins
- Marvel Comics: Mephisto Skin
- Marvel Comics: Agony and She-Venom Skins
- The Texas Chain Saw Massacre: Leatherface Skin
- Saw Franchise: Billy The Puppet Skin
All these skins will be available in the game’s item shop for the duration of Fortnitemares 2024.
Fortnitemares 2024 Weapons And Loot
For this year’s Fortnitemares event, players can look forward to new weapons and items being added to the Battle Royale Island, along with some familiar favorites like the Wood Stake Shotgun and Pumpkin Launcher. Two new additions are the Boom Billy and the Chainsaw.
The Boom Billy, inspired by Saw’s Billy the Puppet, sends a tricycle towards enemies before exploding. The Chainsaw, on the other hand, serves as both a weapon and a means of transportation across the map.
In addition, players can interact with Billy The Puppet TV for a new on-island event, offering challenges and rewards. The Fortnitemares festivities kick off on October 11 and will run until November 1, coinciding with Chapter 5 Season 4.
