The Witch can be found near a stone arch, next to the Bait Crates. Initiate the Halloween quest by interacting with this NPC, which will require you to gather various ingredients.
To accomplish this task, be on the lookout for a notification indicating that a Witch’s ingredient has appeared on a specific island. Once you spot the ingredient, head to that location promptly. It is essential to act swiftly as the first player to collect the ingredient will receive it. To minimize competition, consider completing this task during off-peak hours or on private servers.
After collecting five ingredients for the Witch, return to her location in Moosewood and interact with her. Deposit the items into her cauldron, and soon enough, you will be rewarded with the Haunted Rod in Fisch!
