Hunt: Showdown Gets Its First Crossover Character With This Legendary Horror Villain

We’ve seen Ghost Face in a number of video games already

Ghost Face, the iconic killer first seen in Wes Craven’s 1996 film, Scream, has made appearances in several video games such as Dead By Daylight, Among Us, and Call of Duty: Warzone. Now, fans can look forward to seeing Ghost Face in a new game – Hunt: Showdown. The western-horror extraction shooter will debut a licensed character skin on October 24.

He’d ask what your favorite scary movie is, but they haven’t been invented yet in the Hunt universe.

The Ghost Face Rampage DLC

The Ghost Face Rampage DLC for Hunt: Showdown includes the character skin, two weapons, and a tool – a knife. The two weapons in the bundle are Hush (a Frontier 73C Silencer) and Whisper (a Bornheim No. 3 Silencer), designed to suit the sneaky nature of the character. Fans of the Scream franchise will appreciate these additions. Maybe in the future, there could even be a telephone analog in the game for Ghost Face to use and torment other players during matches.

Just like in Dead By Daylight, Ghost Face in Hunt: Showdown has received a makeover to blend in with the game world. This includes a 19th-century-style hat and duster jacket. Additionally, the iconic mask has been reimagined in wood instead of rubber. While Hunt: Showdown hasn’t had licensed crossovers before, the timing aligns with its ongoing Halloween event titled Harvest of Ghosts.
