A New Adventure with Pilgor
Hello Xbox players! I’m Joel Rydholm from Coffee Stain Publishing, one of the original minds behind the chaos of 2014’s Goat Simulator and now the producer of Goat Simulator: Remastered! A decade ago, we introduced Pilgor, a wild she-goat with a love for destruction, and now she’s back to entertain a new generation of goat enthusiasts.
Goat Simulator: Remastered is officially launching today for Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC, and Game Pass. This updated version retains all the fun, madness, and memorable glitches of the original game while adding exciting new features for the most comprehensive Goat Simulator experience yet (excluding Goat Simulator 3, of course)!
Whether you’re a newbie to Goat Simulator or a returning player feeling nostalgic, there’s a plethora of quirky discoveries and enjoyment waiting for you. So, get ready for a unique adventure and prepare to unleash chaos – Goat Simulator style!
A Paradise of Parody
Goat Simulator is renowned for its parody elements, and a prime example is the “Just Around the Corner” escort quest in Goat MMO. In this quest, players must guide McSlowPants to a specific location – yes, that’s the NPC’s actual name.
We transformed the traditional escort quest concept into something more exciting by allowing players to speed up the process through relentless headbutting, dragging McSlowPants along the ground, or even stashing him in the in-game inventory and “carrying” him to the destination.
The Craziest Mutations in Gaming
In Goat Simulator, you have the freedom to embody various goats, including a long-necked goat (definitely not a giraffe), a shopping cart goat (literally a shopping cart), and even a goat goat – giving you the ultimate Goat Simulator experience!
With the new mutator menu in the remastered version, changing your appearance is easier than ever. Enjoy the freedom to embody all kinds of goats, goat-like beings, and some unexpected creatures whenever you desire!
Easter Eggs Hunt
The Goat Simulator series is jam-packed with references and hidden surprises, and Goat Simulator: Remastered continues this tradition. One memorable quest takes players on a quest to locate the Turdis, a portable toilet bearing a striking resemblance to a famous blue police box.
Once nudged, the Turdis vanishes and reappears at different locations across the map, navigating through space (and time) in a true sci-fi manner.
For the Sanctum enthusiasts, there’s a special nod in the Payday DLC quest where you’re tasked with stealing a copy of Sanctum 3 and uploading it to the pirate ship mainframe – the outcome is something you’ll need to experience firsthand!
Complete Package of Original DLCs
If you missed out on any of the previous Goat Simulator DLC packs on PC, you’re in for a treat! Goat Simulator: Remastered includes all five original DLC packs for your enjoyment. Additionally, there’s an extra DLC pack from Goat Simulator Mobile that’s now included – talk about unexpected surprises!
