Sony Reveals PS Plus December 2024 Games Lineup for PlayStation’s 30th Anniversary
Sony recently unveiled the PS Plus December 2024 games lineup as part of the celebrations for PlayStation’s 30th anniversary. However, many players are expressing disappointment with the selection of games included in next month’s Essential lineup.
PS Plus Could Have Offered Better Games in December to Mark 30th Anniversary, Fans Say
The December 2024 PS Plus monthly games lineup features titles such as It Takes Two, Aliens: Dark Descent, and Temtem. It’s worth noting that It Takes Two was previously available in PS Plus Extra but was removed earlier this year.
While the games themselves have not been the primary concern, players are expressing their dissatisfaction with the lineup given the significance of the 30th anniversary. Comments on the PS Blog, gaming forums, and social media platforms reflect a sense of underwhelm among subscribers.
One subscriber criticized the anniversary lineup, stating, “This is one the most corporate and uncaring attempt at an anniversary, let alone a 30th anniversary, I have ever witnessed.” Another user expressed disappointment, saying, “I usually don’t like complaining on blogs but this is horrible.”
Although the full PS Plus Extra and Premium lineup for December 2024 is yet to be revealed, Premium players can expect three beloved classics and a game trial as part of their offerings for the month.
