PS2 Games on PS Plus Continuing to Improve

Reports from players led the team at PushSquare to conduct their own testing, confirming the increase in image quality. Games like Sly Cooper and TimeSplitters had initial technical issues that left fans feeling disappointed. However, Sony released patches for both games, and now they seem to be running even better thanks to ongoing improvements.

In addition, many PS Plus Premium users have recently experienced improvements in cloud streaming, specifically when playing PS3 games. A PS Portal beta update from Sony allowed users to stream games directly to handheld devices without needing to go through a PS5. Backend enhancements have resulted in better quality cloud streaming on both the PS5 and PS Portal.

Sony has been collaborating with different teams, including the newly-acquired iSIZE, to enhance its selection of classics for Premium players. While some of these classics are available for individual purchase, the continuous enhancements are a positive development for all players.
