Marvel Rivals, the popular mobile game developed by NetEase, has reached a significant milestone of 20 million players. To commemorate this achievement, NetEase is offering players a free in-game gift.
The gift consists of a spray featuring a chibi version of Galactica, the game’s narrator, holding party streamers with the text “20 million rivals” displayed at the bottom.
In a Tweet, NetEase expressed their gratitude to the player community: “We are thrilled to announce that 20 million players have joined Marvel Rivals! Our gratitude for each of you is immense. The spray is ready now, and we also included this number in the spray! Thank you for helping us achieve this milestone.” Players can claim the gift by logging in between December 20, 2024, and January 10, 2025.

Since its launch earlier this month, Marvel Rivals has quickly become a hit among players. Within the first 72 hours of release, the game attracted 10 million players. The upcoming winter update will introduce new skins and a Jeff-centric mode as part of the first in-game event.
While players have been eagerly requesting cross-progression functionality, NetEase is aware of this demand and is exploring ways to implement it. However, the studio has indicated that this feature may not be available in the near future.
