Quick and Festive Community Update
Ho-ho-hold onto your hats, Insiders! We have a quick but festive community update just for you!
First and foremost, the team wishes everyone the happiest of holidays and a safe new year! Despite the cold and dark weather, the early sunsets and chilly temperatures in the Northern Hemisphere provide a perfect excuse to cozy up indoors and enjoy some Xbox gaming.
As in previous years, the team has temporarily halted the release of preview builds on both console and PC to ensure a stable experience for all Xbox users during the holiday season. Rest assured, the team is diligently working on upcoming releases and actively addressing any feedback or issues that may arise.
Remember to keep an eye on the Insider Hub for exciting new content throughout December and January!

We want to extend heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you for making our community truly special. Being part of the Xbox Insider Program is a source of great pride for us, and we deeply appreciate the support you have shown.
Before we sign off, here’s a glimpse into what some members of our team are up to this month when they’re not hard at work:
- Jon: Goal is to finish Indiana Jones and the Great Circle and the Ode to Castlevania DLC for Vampire Survivors.
- Joshua: Looking forward to rewatching classic holiday films and diving into Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.
- Tim: Engaging in some challenging gameplay with Nine Sols and enjoying time with family during the holidays.
- Donovan: Excited to delve into Path of Exile 2, spend quality time with family, and indulge in nostalgic Christmas movies.
- Sally: Enjoying cookies, playing cozy games, and hoping for new PowerWash Simulator DLC while cherishing time with loved ones.
- Leland: Sharing a unique gaming tradition of completing story-driven games during a week of total isolation in mid-December.
As for me, I’ve conquered the Black Ops 6 camo grind and am gearing up to tackle the achievements in Aliens: Dark Descent. It’s also time to fend off Jack Frost and ensure the geese’s pond remains unfrozen!
