- Explore a Brand New World and Meet Two New Playable Characters!
Exciting news for fans of Honkai: Star Rail as Version 3.0, titled ‘Paean of Era Nova’, is on the horizon with a plethora of new content to enjoy.
The update will kick off a new chapter in the main story, transporting players to the mysterious world of Amphoreus.
Within Amphoreus lies the Holy City of Okhema, where residents worship the Titans – legendary beings who created the planet. Amidst a series of tragic events and the world being consumed by darkness, humanity seeks refuge within the protected city, guarded by the Worldbearing Titan, Kephale.
Players will have the opportunity to meet a new companion named ‘Mem’, who aids in battle by gradually charging Energy. When fully charged, Mem unleashes a Support effect that deals additional True DMG, turning the tides of battle in your favor.
Explore the breathtaking landscapes of Okhema, including the grand Marmoreal Palace, majestic baths, and more.
In addition to Okhema, players can also venture into the city-state of Castrum Kremnos, home of the Strife Titan. Use a unique time-travel power to journey to the city during its golden age, adding a new dimension to your exploration.
And that’s not all – other environments like The Vortex of Genesis await your discovery.
Version 3.0 will also introduce two new formidable five-star playable characters. The first character, The Herta, known for her magical puppets, is an Ice-Type Erudition character specializing in massive area-of-effect damage. She can target multiple enemies at once, stacking Interpretation to boost her damage output.
The second character, Aglaea, a native of Amphoreus, is a limited five-star Remembrance character. She can summon the Garmentmaker memosprite to aid her in battle, creating a mesmerizing synergy as they battle together.
Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.0 is set to launch on January 15 in the US and January 16 in the UK. Dive into this free-to-play game available on PC, Android, iOS, and PlayStation 5.
