Acer Unveils Nitro Blaze Gaming PCs with Oversized Screens

Looking for a handheld gaming PC that truly stands out? Acer has just introduced its Nitro Blaze 11, featuring a massive 10.95-inch screen and a hefty design that pushes the boundaries of portability for a gaming device.

The Nitro Blaze 11 is undeniably a large device, measuring 36.4 cm x 17.1 cm x 1.59 cm and weighing 1050g, which is about 1.5 times heavier than the Steam Deck. While it’s not clear if this weight includes the detachable controllers, judging from the promotional images, this device could easily double as a serving tray for snacks during gaming sessions.

Despite its bulky size, the Nitro Blaze 11 packs impressive specifications under the hood. The device boasts a 10.95-inch 120 Hz WQXGA 2560 x 1600 touch display with up to 500 nits of brightness, an AMD Ryzen 8040HS processor, 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 2TB of NVMe SSD storage. It also comes with built-in kickstand and detachable controllers featuring back buttons, starting at a minimum price of $1099.99, depending on storage capacity.

This model measures 30.5 cm x 13.4 cm x 2.2 cm and includes controllers that are not detachable, priced at $899.99. Both devices come with three months of Xbox Game Pass and are set to launch in Q2 of this year.
