Exploring The World of The Blood of Dawnwalker
It’s been nearly a year since Rebel Wolves announced Dawnwalker, their dark fantasy action-RPG. Today, fans can get a closer look at the game, which includes key staff from CD Projekt, in a new cinematic trailer released by Namco Bandai.
The game is now officially titled The Blood of Dawnwalker and is the first installment in a new role-playing series. Set in a single-player open-world, the game focuses heavily on storytelling. Players will take on the role of Coen, a young man transformed into a Dawnwalker, navigating between the realms of day and night.
In a 14th century Europe ravaged by the Black Death, vampires and other creatures of the night emerge to take advantage of a weakened humanity. Players must use their unique abilities to save their loved ones and face various enemies, including humans, monsters, and time itself.
A Glimpse into the Development Team
Rebel Wolves, led by CEO Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, promises a game that may not be as vast as The Witcher but could offer a higher number of quests. The team includes former CD Projekt members like narrative director Jakub Szamałek and design director Daniel Sadowski, among others.
