Second Dinner, the developer of Marvel Snap, took to social media to address the situation, emphasizing that the outage was unexpected and not planned. The team reassured players that they are actively working to bring the game back online and promised to provide updates when available.

As of now, it remains unclear how long Marvel Snap will be offline in the US. This ban follows ByteDance’s decision to restructure its video games business, including Nuverse, at the end of 2023, describing the changes as a “difficult” choice.
