Forging Weapons against Dark Magic

Aran, the firstborn of the King’s Ward, must challenge the newly crowned Queen Nerea, who has used dark magic to control the kingdom. With all steel turned to stone by Nerea’s spell, Aran must craft his own weapons to combat the divine metal wielded by the evil creatures under the Queen’s command.

Selecting the Right Weapons

Players will need to choose wisely from a variety of weapons to effectively battle the monsters they will face. The wrong choice could prove disastrous for Aran, leaving him unable to defeat his enemies.

Unraveling the Mystery

MercurySteam hints at unknown aspects of the storyline, stating that players will only know what the heroes know, requiring intuition and courage to fill in the gaps. Aran is accompanied by Adso, who provides guidance on defeating creatures and translates the ancient forger’s language as they navigate treacherous castles and mazes.

Release Date and Platforms

Blades of Fire is set to launch on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC via the Epic Games Store on May 22.
