The upcoming Metal Gear Solid Variable Action D-SPEC Metal Gear Rex figure is now available for preorder at $170, with a release date set for November 2025.

The Metal Gear Rex figure is highly articulated and packed with details such as the iconic shoulder-mounted railgun, radar dome, and animalistic “mouth” cockpit design. Additionally, the figure comes with minifigures of Solid Snake and Liquid Snake, allowing fans to recreate the epic showdown between the two brothers. Both figures can fit inside Rex’s cockpit, and Solid Snake even includes a spare arm holding his MK 23 SOCOM sidearm.
If you’re looking to expand your Metal Gear Solid collection, there are several other exciting figures available for preorder. The Figma action figure of Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty includes various accessories and is priced at $87, set to ship in January 2026.
