Nintendo of Europe has officially announced that Level-5 is actively working on the latest installment in the Professor Layton franchise, titled Professor Layton and the New World of Steam, which will be available on the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2. Additionally, the game is still in the works for the standard Nintendo Switch, ensuring that players who are not ready to upgrade immediately can still enjoy it. It remains uncertain whether Level-5’s other titles currently in progress will also be released for the Switch 2.
