    Nintendo Download Update for March 28, 2025 – US

    This week’s Nintendo Download presents the following new offerings:

    • Super Nintendo Entertainment System – Nintendo Switch Online

      • NOBUNAGA’S AMBITION – Step into the shoes of a feudal lord during Japan’s Sengoku era, characterized by fierce battles for supremacy among warlords. You’ll have the liberty to pursue various strategies: engage in warfare, employ diplomacy, resort to economic cunning, or deploy ninja for covert operations. Utilize your wits and resources to bring Japan under your dominion! This title launches on March 28 for Nintendo Switch Online subscribers. Please note, the game allows for up to eight players using just one Joy-Con controller, with either Controller 1 or Controller 2 available for use.
      • NOBUNAGA’S AMBITION: Lord of Darkness – The fourth installment in the NOBUNAGA’S AMBITION series, released for the Super NES in 1994, puts you in the role of a Sengoku Daimyo who seeks to unify 48 states, spanning from Tohoku to Kyushu. The gameplay involves amassing power, preparing your forces, and winning battles to increase your influence, while also considering cultural and technological advancements. Collect tea items to reward your generals, enhance their intelligence through tea ceremonies for better diplomatic and trading skills, and upgrade your domain’s technology to manufacture rifles and warships that empower your military. This title will also be live on March 28 for Nintendo Switch Online members and features support for up to eight players utilizing a single Joy-Con controller.
      • Romance of the Three Kingdoms IV Wall of Fire – Set during the waning days of the Han Dynasty, China is mired in chaos, marked by court intrigues and the rise of formidable warlords. This tumultuous period ushers in the Three Kingdoms era, characterized by intense conflicts among the bravest warriors of the land. Assume the role of a ruler and work to unify a fractured nation. Strengthen your kingdom through military might or outmaneuver rivals through diplomacy. Arm yourself with powerful weaponry, from automatic crossbows to catapults, for field and castle confrontations. Remember, the strength of a ruler is gauged by their economic prowess and the positivity of their subjects! This title will be available starting March 28 for Nintendo Switch Online members.
      • Uncharted Waters: New Horizons – Dive into the Age of Discovery, an era where European explorers set sail for global adventures in the early 16th century. Choose from six diverse characters, each with unique stories and ambitions. Go treasure hunting for rare creatures and landmarks across more than 130 locations while commanding your fleet. In port, you can recruit sailors, acquire new ships and technologies, gather intelligence on your next expedition, and settle disputes through dueling challenges. Set sail for a journey filled with adventure starting March 28, exclusive to Nintendo Switch Online members.

    • A New and Noteworthy World – The adorable Kirby from Planet Popstar is in the spotlight! You can now enjoy 23 tracks from the soundtrack of Kirby and the Forgotten Land on Nintendo Music, the app dedicated to Nintendo soundtracks. Enhance your gaming experiences with melodies like “Running Through the New World,” “Northeast Frost Street,” and “Moonlight Canyon.” Stay tuned for additional tracks set to arrive by year’s end!
