To reach the Van Medoh Divine Helm, you’ll need to brave the cold. The helmet provides protection from the elements, but you’ll want to wear two pieces of the Snowquill armor set or bring along some elixir to maintain your body temperature.

Once you’re prepared, travel to North Biron Snowshelf Cave. You’ll find a large piece of ice near the side of a cliff that you need to burn away with fire, requiring arrows or Fire Fruit. Be prepared, as it takes 12 arrows to melt the ice completely. Once you gain access to the cave, you’ll need to solve a puzzle.

You’ll descend past walls of ice to reach some rubble near the base of the corridor. Use a Bomb Flower to eliminate the rock flooring and drop to the bottom of the vertical chamber. Open your paraglider before you land to avoid damage from the gusts of air blowing from the center of the platform.

Once you’ve landed safely, collect the Arrow (5) from the nearby wooden chest and inspect the walls for Bomb Flowers to replenish your supply. Head to the center of the platform and look up at the ceiling to spot weak rock walls. Fuse Arrows with Bomb Flowers and blast the rocks to produce waterfalls. Keep in mind that hitting the wrong targets will produce Ice Keese enemies. Once you’ve produced three waterfalls, the statue at the base of the chamber will move, and you can descend to the lower level to claim the Van Medoh Divine Helm.

Before you leave, look up at the ceiling at the very top of the area to find the cave’s frog. Float up near its level and shoot it down with your bow to collect the Bubbul Gem it drops in the water.

Now that you know where to find the Van Medoh Divine Helm in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you can add it to your collection of legendary equipment.
