NYT Connections today (game #387) – the answers
The answers to today’s Connections, game #387, are…
- YELLOW: PACK (AWAY) FOR FUTURE USE SQUIRREL, STASH, STORE, STOW
- GREEN: ADJECTIVES FOR ASSETS FIXED, FROZEN, LIQUID, TOXIC
- BLUE: LATIN WORDS CAVEAT, ERGO, QUID, VOX
- PURPLE: ___ GAME ARCADE, BLAME, NUMBERS, SQUID
- My rating: Moderate
- My score: Perfect
This Connections puzzle proved to be quite tricky. The inclusion of Latin words and similar four-letter strings like QUID, SQUID, and LIQUID made it challenging. It took me some time to crack it, but eventually, I found the commonalities among the words.
I struggled with the Latin group as well, but the ‘blank GAME’ approach for the purple group seemed clearer to me. Everyone approaches it differently. How did you fare today? Share your experience with me via email.
