There are an incredible amount of items in Sons of the Forest. One of the types of items you can acquire in Sons of the Forest are the keycard items. You can use these keycard items for various doors to unlock other bits and pieces of loot around the map. One of the keycards you can receive in Sons of the Forest is the VIP Card, and here’s how to track it down.
Sons of the Forest: Find the keycard using the crossbow path
Getting the VIP card is relatively a painless task. All you need to do is go to the location on the map in the image below, near the coastline. Once you’re there, follow the cave through to the end. When you’ve done that, you need to drop down the hatch and use the Maintenance Keycard to open the door inside. If you’ve already acquired the crossbow, this might seem a little familiar. And that’s because you have to pass where you receive the crossbow for you to get the VIP Card.
Once you’ve entered this area, keep an eye out on the right side of the planting stations for some bloodstains. That’s where the crossbow is, if you haven’t got it yet. But if you’re here just for the VIP Card then continue down through this area. Watch out for any enemies that may be there, but you can easily dodge them if you need to.
Continue down this linear pathway to the end, where you’ll be greeted with a locked door and a path to the left. The door is something you need the VIP Card to open, so you’re going to want to go down the other pathway you come across while leading up to this locked door.
Make your way down this path to come up some stairs and enter a security room, and inside you’ll find the VIP Card sitting on a table next to some monitors.
