Insured weapons are a key part of DMZ in Call of Duty. These weapons can be taken to the battlefield to help you complete your objective. If you die with an insured weapon, you won’t lose it. However, you’ll then be hit with a cooldown on the weapon, which at times can be less than ideal. What if we told you that a Warzone 2 glitch is allowing fans to have unlimited insurance slots in Warzone 2 DMZ?
Players having access to unlimited insurance slots is an unintended glitch. It first came to light shortly after the rollout of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Season 02. At the time of writing, the issue doesn’t appear on the Warzone 2 Trello Board. There’s no way of knowing when the development team are planning to deploy a fix. With that being said, players are taking advantage of the glitch while its still hanging around.
Warzone 2 DMZ mode – Unlimited insurance slots can be done through glitches
To do the glitch, all you have to do is create your loadout as normal, but your insured weapon must be placed in the secondary weapon slot. Equipping it in the primary weapon slot won’t activate the glitch, so make sure you’re leaving that section blank. As you deploy, your primary weapon should be your fists and you can switch over to your insured gun. With this glitch, it doesn’t matter as much if you die as you can instantly use the weapon again.
Having unlimited insurance in Warzone 2 DMZ is definitely useful when you’re trying to complete the various missions the mode has to offer. It’s worth noting that if you don’t make it out alive, you’ll still lose other usual items such as your keys.
