League of Legends Patch 13.10 Overview

There are a lot of upcoming significant changes in the mid-season patch as Riot promised new things and several pieces of equipment being upgraded to a mythic tier. Around 40 items will receive some rework, ranging from simple price changes to some revisions in their stats. These changes will significantly impact the current meta as most of the champions in League of Legends rely on many of these builds for their kit. Here are the upcoming changes in Patch 13.10

Patch 13.10 Overview

As per the patch, players can expect that there will be several champion adjustments, which include several buffs and nerfs. However, the focus for this update revolves around several item changes that will significantly affect the current meta. These reworks will mainly affect Lethality, and ADC builds. The most affected roles for this patch will be the carry roles such as ADR and Assassins. Here are the upcoming changes for Patch 13.10:

Lethality Item Updates

Lethality items have received many reworks over the year, and devs still need help balancing them. For this Mid-Season Patch, Riot wants to make these sets less oppressive by introducing several adjustments to some Mythics. Here are the new stats of the most powerful Lethality items in Summoner’s Rift:

Prowler’s Claw

  • Price: 3000 Gold
  • 60 Attack Damage
  • 18 Lethality
  • 20 Ability Haste

Sandstrike Ability: After using a dash, a blink, or leaving stealth, you will deal extra physical damage on your next attack against an enemy champion. Melee champions will slow their target by 99% for 0.5 seconds on their next attack. 

Duskblade of Draktharr

  • Price: 3100 Gold
  • 60 Attack Damage
  • 18 Lethality
  • 20 Ability Haste

Nightstalker Ability: Your skills deal an additional 15% damage based on your target’s missing HP. The user becomes unforgettable for 1.5s from non-structures after a champion you have damaged within three seconds dies.

Mythic Passive: All other Legendary gains 5 Ability Haste and 5 Move Speed. 

Youmuu’s Ghostblade

  • Upgraded to Mythic tier
  • Price: 3100 Gold
  • 60 Attack Damage
  • 18 Lethality

Active – Wraith Step: Wearer gains 25% movement speed and Ghosting for six seconds while generating stack two times faster.

  • Haunt: Gain Spectral Shards while moving, which can reach up to 100 and 50 Movement Speed outside combat depending on the number of Spectral stacks. Once you gain max charges, you will gain 10-20 Lethality. Shard count resets within four seconds after damaging a hostile champion. 

Mythic Passive: All other Legendary Items gain 8 Attack Damage. 

Youmuu’s Ghostblade transforms into Youmuu’s Wake when Ornn upgrades it.

ADC Item Updates

Attack Damage Carry items are the next target of the patch, as devs have noted how most of these Mythics have been underwhelming and have the least satisfaction in their usage. There will be several upgrades to some Legendaries where they will be upgraded to the next tier. Here are the new stats of some of the ADC items in the game:

Guinsoo’s Rageblade

  • Upgraded to Mythic tier.
  • Price: 3200 Gold
  • 30 Attack Damage
  • 30 Ability Power
  • 25% Attack Speed

Wrath: Basic attacks also have 30 on-hit magic damage, and Critical Strike Chance is converted to additional 200 magic damage. 

Seething Strike: Basic Attacks add an 8% Attack Speed stack, which can increase up to four times resulting in 32% Attack Speed. Every third Basic Attack deals with the on-hit effect twice at max stacks. 

Mythic Passive: All other Legendary Items gain 5% Armor Penetration and 6% Magic Penetration.

Guinsoo’s Rageblade transforms into Seething Sorrow when Ornn upgrades it.

Infinity Edge

  • Upgraded to Mythic tier.
  • Price: 3400 Gold
  • 70 Attack Damage
  • 20% Critical Strike Chance
  • 35% Critical Strike Damage

Mythic Passive: All other Legendary Items gain 5 AD.

Infinity Edge transforms into Finality when Ornn upgrades it. 

Navori Quickblades

  • Upgraded to Mythic tier.
  • Price: 3400 Gold
  • 60 Attack Damage
  • 20% Critical Strike Chance
  • 20 Ability Haste

Transcendence: Basic Attacks reduce the cooldowns of all basic abilities by 12% of their remaining CD. 

Impermanence: Abilities can deal up to 20% increased damage based on the user’s Critical Strike Chance.

Mythic Passive: All other Legendary Items gain 5 Ability Haste.

Navori Quickblades transforms into Flicker when Ornn upgrades it. 

Statikk Shiv 

  • Returns as a usable item in League of Legends after being vaulted.
  • Price: 3000 Gold
  • 45 Attack Damage
  • 25% Attack Speed
  • 20% Critical Strike Chance

Energized: Basic Attacks and Movement generate Energized Attacks. 

Electroshock: Energized Attacks fire a chain of lightning that deals bonus magic damage, which impacts minions more. 

Immortal Shieldbow

  • Demoted to Legendary tier.
  • Price: 3000 Gold. 
  • 50 Attack Damage
  • 20% Critical Strike Chance
  • 7% Life Steal

Lifeline: Gain a shield that lasts for three seconds and 30% Attack Speed for eight seconds after receiving damage that would reduce the user’s HP below 30%. 

Galeforce

  • Demoted to Legendary tier.
  • Price: 3400 Gold
  • 55 Attack Damage
  • 15% Attack Speed
  • 20% Critical Strike Chance
  • 7% Movement Speed

Active – Cloudburst: Fire three missiles at the lowest HP enemy while dashing forward in a targeted direction. The projectiles prioritize champions and deal physical damage, which scales up to 60% against enemies with low HP. 

Mythic Passive: All other Legendary Items gain 5 Attack Damages. 

Kraken Slayer

  • Demoted to Legendary tier.
  • Price: 3000 Gold
  • 40 Attack Damage
  • 30% Attack Speed
  • 20% Critical Strike Chance

Bring It Down: Apply bonus magic damage on every third Basic Attack, which increases to 50% when triggering it on the same target within six seconds. 

Rapid Firecannon

  • Price: 3000 Gold
  • 30 Attack Damage
  • 15% Attack Speed
  • 20% Critical Strike Chance
  • 7% Movement Speed

Energized: Basic Attacks and Movement generate Energized Attacks.

Sharpshooter: Energized Attacks apply bonus magic damage and have an increased Attack Range, reaching up to 35%. 

Stormrazor

  • Price: 3000 Gold
  • 55 Attack Damage
  • 15% Attack Speed
  • 20% Critical Strike Chance

Energized: Basic Attacks and Movement generate Energized Attacks.

Bolt: Energized Attacks deal extra magic damage and give 45% Movement Speed for one second.

Bloodthirster

  • Price: 3200 Gold
  • 55 Attack Damage
  • 20% Critical Strike Chance
  • 18% Life Steal

Engorge: Gain additional attack damage while above 50% HP.  

Lord Dominik’s Regards

  • Price: 3000 Gold
  • 35 Attack Damage
  • 20% Critical Strike Chance
  • 30% Armor Penetration

Giant Slayer: Attacks against champions with greater max HP than the wearer and deals up to 25% Physical and Magic Damage bonus. 

The Collector

  • Price: 3000 Gold
  • 55 Attack Damage
  • 20% Critical Strike Chance
  • 18 Lethality

Death and Taxes: Damages that would leave enemies below 5% HP will execute them. Champion Kills give a bonus of 25 gold. 

Mortal Reminder

  • Price: 3000 Gold
  • 40 Attack Damage
  • 30% Armor Penetration
  • 20% Critical Strike Chance

Sepsis: Applying Physical Damage to enemies triggers 40% Grievous Wounds to enemies for three seconds.

Mercurial Scimitar

  • Price: 3000 Gold
  • 40 Attack Damage
  • 20% Critical Strike Chance
  • 50 Magic Resist

Active – Quicksilver: Cleanses all crowd control effects (except Knock Up) and provides 50% additional Movement Speed for 1.5 seconds. 

Phantom Dancer

  • 20 Attack Damage
  • 30% Attack Speed
  • 20% Critical Strike Chance
  • 7% Movement Speed

Spectral Waltz: Attacking activates Ghosting and provides additional Movement Speed for three seconds. This passive will provide extra Attack Speed after attacking four times. 

Runaan’s Hurricane

  • Price: 2800 Gold
  • 40% Attack Speed
  • 20% Critical Strike Chance
  • 7% Movement Speed

Peck: Attacks apply On-Hit Magic Damage

Wind’s Fury: When attacking, bolts are fired at up to two enemies near the wearer’s target. These projectiles deal with Physical Damage and can apply On-Hit effects and Critical Strikes. 

Kireichs Shard

  • Price: 700 Gold
  • 15 Attack Damage

Energized: Basic Attacks and Movement generate Energized Attacks.

Jolt: Energized Attacks have additional magic damage. 

Zeal

  • Price: 1050 Gold
  • 15% Attack Speed
  • 15% Critical Strike
  • 3% Movement Speed

Recurve Bow

  • Price: 700 Gold
  • 15% Attack Speed

Steel tipped: Basic Attacks apply On-Hit Magic Damage.

Support Item Updates

Support builds are also getting a bit of love tap this mid-season patch, with several adjustments being made to make Engages more efficient. On top of this, several Enchanter items will also be reworked, and more gear will be added to the shop. Here are the coming changes to Support sets in Patch 13.10:

Echoes of Helia

  • New Mythic Item.
  • Price: 2300 Gold
  • 30 Ability Power
  • 200 HP
  • 15 Ability Haste
  • 125% Base Mana Regen

Soul Siphon: Dealing damage to a champion grants a stack of Soul Shard, which can reach up to 2. These shards are consumed when you heal or shield an ally, which restores HP to nearby allies and deals magic damage to the nearest enemy champion for each number of Souls.

Dissonance: Gain three Ability Power per 25% Base MP Regen

Mythic Passive: All other Legendary Items gain Ability Haste.

Echoes of Helia transforms into Cries of the Shrieking when Ornn upgrades it.

Lifewell Pendant

  • New component item
  • Price: 1050 gold
  • 150 HP
  • 20 Armor
  • 100% Base HP Regen

Chalice of Blessing

  • New component item
  • Price: 950 Gold
  • 200 HP 
  • 75% Base Mana Regen

Harmony: Obtain 25% Base HP Regen for every 25% Base Mana Regen.

Imperial Mandate

  • Lowered to Legendary Tier
  • Price: 2300 Gold
  • 55 Ability Power
  • 20 Ability Haste
  • 100% Base Mana Regen

Coordinated Fire: Abilities that apply Slow or Immobilized on enemies will deal extra magic damage and mark them for four seconds. Allies that damage the tagged enemy will detonate the mark, which deals additional Magic Damage and triggers a 20% Movement Speed buff for the wearer for two seconds. 

Moonstone Renewer

  • Price: 2300 Gold
  • 35 Ability Power
  • 200 HP
  • 20 Ability Haste
  • 100% Base Mana Regen

Starlit Grace: Chains your Heal or Shield to another ally when you cast Healing or Shielding to a targeted teammate for the exact amount. 

Chemtech Putrifier

  • Price: 2100 Gold
  • 35 Ability Power
  • 10% Heal and Shield Power
  • 75% Base Mana Regen
  • 15 Ability Haste

Puffcap Toxin: Damage against champions applies 40% Grievous Wounds for three seconds. 

The Staff of Flowing Water

  • Price: 2100 Gold
  • 35 Ability Power
  • 8% Heal and Shield Power
  • 75% Base Mana Regen
  • 5% Move Speed

Rapid: Heals and Shields on an ally grant both bonus AP and AD to you. 

Zeke’s Convergence

  • Price: 2200
  • 25 Armor
  • 20 Ability Haste
  • 125% Base HP Regen

Active – Conduit: Assign an Accomplice

Convergence: Your accomplice’s On-Hit Attacks and Ability deal additional magic damage for eight seconds to an enemy you have immobilized.

Watchful Wardstone

  • No longer automatically upgrades into Vigilant Wardstone. 
  • Price: 1100 Gold
  • 150 HP
  • 10 Ability Haste
  • 50% Base Mana Regen

Arcane Cache: The item can carry up to three charges of control wards. 

Blessing of Ixtal: Grants an 8% bonus to your Ability Power, Ability Haste, Attack Damage, and HP. 

Vigilant Wardstone

  • Price: 2300 Gold
  • 250 HP
  • 10 Ability Haste
  • 50% Base Mana Regen

Arcane Cache: The item can carry up to three charges of control wards.

Chosen of Ixtal: Grants a 20% bonus to your Ability Power, Ability Haste, Attack Damage, and HP.

Knight’s Vow

  • Price: 2200 Gold
  • 350 HP 
  • 25 Armor
  • 20 Ability Haste
  • 125% Base HP Regen

Active – Pledge: Tag an ally as Worthy

Sacrifice: Redirect 10% of mitigation damage taken by a nearby Worthy ally to the user and heal for 10% of the damage done by the tagged teammate. The Worthy gains an additional 20% damage reduction when their HP is less than 30%. 

Ardent Censer

  • Price: 2100 Gold
  • 35 Ability Power
  • 8% Heal and Shield Power
  • 75% Base Mana Regen
  • 5% Movement Speed

Sanctify: Enhance you and a targeted ally for six seconds after Healing or Shielding them. This buff grants bonus Attack Speed and On-hit Magic Damage.

Radiant Virtue

  • Price: 2700 Gold
  • 350 HP 
  • 30 Armor
  • 30 Magic Resist
  • 10 Ability Haste

Guiding Light: Casting their Ultimate allows the user to Transcend, which provides them a 12.5% increased Max HP for 9 seconds. While in this state, the wearer and nearby allies within 1200 range heal 10% of the user’s Max HP for 9 seconds.

Fighter Item Updates

There will be some slight adjustments to some Fighter sets. The main priority is to buff Trinity Force since it has been underperforming for quite some time. Here are the expected new stats for the following items:

Divine Sunderer

  • Price: 3300 Gold
  • 40 Attack Damage
  • 300 HP
  • 20 Ability Haste

Spellblade: Your next Basic Attack after using an Ability is enhanced, which deals additional Physical Damage. If you damage an enemy with your Enhanced Attack, you heal via pre-mitigation damage by 55%.

Mythic Passive: All other Legendary Items gain 3% Armor Penetration and 3% Magic Penetration

Trinity Force

  • Price 3133 Gold
  • 40 Attack Damage
  • 35% Attack Speed
  • 300 HP
  • 20 Ability Haste

Threefold Strike: Attacking grants an additional 20 Movement Speed for five seconds. Targeting champions or structures provides other Attack Damage for five seconds, which can stack up to 5 times.

Spellblade: Abilities make your next Basic Attack deal additional Physical Damage.

Goredrinker

  • Price: 3200 Gold
  • 55 Attack Damage
  • 300 HP
  • 20 Ability Haste
  • 8% Omnivamp

Active – Thirsting Slash: Deal physical damage to nearby enemies while restoring missing HP for each hostile champion hit.

Mythic Passive: All other Legendary Item gains 75 HP and 3 Ability. 

Hullbreaker 

  • Price: 3000 Gold
  • 60 Attack Damage
  • 400 HP 
  • 150% Base HP Regen
  • 5% Movement Speed

Boarding Party: You gain Armor and Magic Resistance. Basic Attacks also deal 20% increased damage to towers. Minions close to the wearer gain bonus Armor and Magic Resist and 200% increased tower damage. 

Stridebreaker

  • Price: 3300 Gold
  • 60 Attack Damage
  • 20% Attack Speed
  • 300 HP 
  • 20 Ability Haste

Active – Halting Slash: Deal physical damage to nearby enemies while slowing them down by 40% for three seconds, which can be cast while moving. 

Heroic Gait: Gain 20 Movement Speed for three seconds after dealing Physical Damage.

Mythic Passive: All other Legendary Items gain 2%, Movement Speed.

Sterak’s Gage

The Claws that Catch: The user gains an additional 50% Base Damage. 

Lifeline: Gain Bonus HP Shield for 4.5 seconds and 25% Size and 30% Tenacity for 8 seconds after taking damage that would leave your HP below 30%.

Tank Item Updates

Tank sets will receive minor changes, which won’t be as significant as other builds. However, these adjustments will still have some impact on high-level players. Here are the new stats for specific tank items in the game:

Abyssal Mask

  • Price: 2400 Gold
  • 300 HP
  • 60 Magic Resist
  • 10 Ability Haste

Unmake: Nearby enemy champions are cursed, which reduces their Magic Resist. The wearer gains an additional 9 MR for every enemy cursed.

Force of Nature

  • Price: 3000 Gold
  • 400 HP
  • 60 Magic Resist
  • 5% Movement Speed

Absorb: Gain a stack of Steadfast every time the wearer receives magic damage from enemy champions. Each Steadfast shard lasts seven seconds, and immobilizing effects grant two additional stacks. 

Dissipate: At 10 Steadfast stacks, the user gains 30 Magic Resist and 10% increased Movement Speed. 

When Will Mid-Season Patch 13.10 Item Change Go Live?

These Item Changes are pretty significant and will tremendously impact the game’s current landscape. Players should expect the update to go live on May 17, 2023, so gamers should prepare for another shift in the meta.
