In the upcoming Splatoon 3 Sizzle Season 2023, players can expect new stages, clothing, features, and more. Here’s what we know so far:
Barnacle & Dime Stage
Located inside a shopping center, the Barnacle & Dime stage is perfect for close-range combat with minimal high ground. The stage will be available in Sizzle Season 2023.
Humpback Pump Track Stage
The Humpback Pump Track stage from Splatoon 2 returns, featuring hills and ramps for players to ink and control the middle ground.
Jammin’ Salmon Junction Stage
Jammin’ Salmon Junction is a new Salmon Run stage that takes place on a long stretch of ramps and platforms that leads to a concert venue.
New Clothing and Items
As usual, Sizzle Season 2023 will bring a fresh catalogue of clothing options, locker items, banners, and more. Players can also unlock retro Nintendo consoles for their locker, including knock-off names such as “eight-squared game system” and “Supreme Ness.”
Anarchy Power Feature
Anarchy Power is a new way to measure team success in Anarchy Battles. Players can check how well their team performed compared to others and change gear between battles while still staying on the same team.
Solo Eggstra Work Mode
Players will now have the opportunity to play Eggstra Work solo and be matched with a team of four based on their high scores.
Tableturf Battle Cards
Sizzle Season will bring 11 new cards to the Tableturf Battle game mode, including the Paintbrush card that offers Special Points and the S-BLAST ’92 card that utilizes the corners of the stage.
New Music
As always, new tracks will be added to the game in Sizzle Season 2023.
