The Best Stamina Recipe in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

While there are a variety of ingredients and elixirs that can help restore Link’s stamina, crafting food items is often easier and more effective. After trying and testing multiple recipes, we can confidently say that the best stamina recipe combines five Endura Carrots.

Endura Carrots provide a temporary boost that extends Link’s stamina meter beyond its usual limit. By cooking five Endura Carrots together, players will receive a temporary boost of two full rings to their stamina meter, while also completely refilling their current stamina. This makes Endura Carrots the ideal ingredient for the best stamina recipe.

While Endura Carrots can take some time to acquire, players can opt for a secondary option by using Staminoka Bass. Using three of them to create a Fish Skewer will restore three standard rings of stamina at once. Staminoka Bass can be found in the southeastern portions of Hyrule.

While you can experiment with other ingredients, it’s best to stick with Endura Carrots when crafting stamina-boosting recipes. With their stamina-boosting effects, there is no better recipe for Link’s stamina needs than the batch of greens made with Endura Carrots.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is currently available on the Nintendo Switch.
