The Answers to the Clans of the Plains Quest in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight
Partway through the Maruukai questline in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight, players are faced with a pop quiz on the clans of the Maruuk Centaur. Whether you’re the type to skip through quest text or have the memory of a murloc, this guide contains the answer to every Clans of the Plain question in WoW: Dragonflight.
- “Which clan upholds our ancestors’ traditions and guides the Maruuk according to their ways?” — Clan Teerai
- “Which clan is made up centaur from across the plains who have honed a special connection to our god, Ohn’ahra?” — Clan Ohn’ir
- “Which clan is the newest to rise to power and maintains the largest standing military force?” — Clan Nokhud
- “Which clan specializes in honoring their skills and hunting game across the plains?” — Clan Shikaar
If you’re not a fan of reading quest text at all, choose the answers in the order of 1-4-2-3.
Completing this quest grants a chunk of XP and the choice between four Neck pieces representing the four Maruuk clans. If Sansok Khan (the quest-giver) has suddenly disappeared, exit the village and run back in. Players have reported that flying back into Maruukai can cause this quest to bug, due to zoning issues.
Even as someone that reads every World of Warcraft quest word for word, I had trouble completing “Clans of the Plains” at first. Don’t worry if you haven’t picked up the customs of our new allies just yet. You’ll get plenty of time in the following quests and Nokhud Offensive dungeon.
Completing the entire Ohn’ahran Plains storyline will earn you the Windborn Velocidrake dragonriding mount. Don’t forget you can customize your dragon and earn new styles through Dragonflight’s factions, including the Centaur.
