Where to Find the MRAP Key in Warzone 2 DMZ

The Abandoned Vehicle mission in Warzone DMZ can be quite challenging to complete. One specific task that can prove to be quite elusive is finding the MRAP Key. So, if you’re looking to complete those new Shadow Company tasks, let me guide you on where to find the MRAP Key in Warzone 2 DMZ.

Purchasing the MRAP Key

The easiest way to obtain the MRAP Key is by purchasing it from a Buy Station. However, there’s a catch – the MRAP Vehicle is exclusive to Al Mazrah, so you’ll only be able to buy the Key there. The problem is that the MRAP Key comes with a hefty price tag of $200,000! Without a Wallet Expansion, you’ll only be able to carry $100,000, making it quite a challenge.

Earning Enough Money

If you’re playing solo, it’s not impossible to earn $100,000 or more in a single DMZ run, but it can be quite difficult. Completing contracts is a great way to earn a substantial amount of money, and having a squad can make it much easier. Queueing with a group makes reaching $200,000 much more achievable. Another way to scrounge up some extra cash in Al Mazrah is by opening Safes and selling valuable items.

Finding the MRAP Key on the Map

As of now, it seems that the MRAP Key is a rare drop and can be quite elusive. Despite searching high and low across the map, including hot areas like Strongholds, I haven’t been able to find one yet. However, the Abandoned Vehicle task suggests that the Key is somewhere on the map. Rest assured, I will update this guide as soon as a location is discovered.

Locating an MRAP Vehicle

Once you’ve managed to acquire the Key, your next task is to find the MRAP vehicle itself. Thankfully, these vehicles have a distinct marker on the map, making them easy to locate. Take a quick look at the map to identify the closest one to your current location.

This image provides an example of the icon you should be looking for. Remember, without the MRAP Key, you won’t be able to open the vehicle doors, so make sure you have it before you embark on your journey. Fortunately, there are usually several MRAPs scattered throughout Al Mazrah, so take your time and choose a safe one, even if it means traveling a bit further.
