Final Sifu Update To Launch In September

Sifu, the action-packed martial arts game from Sloclap, is set to receive its final content update on September 7 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. While Nintendo Switch players will have to wait a little longer for the update, they can look forward to experiencing the new content soon.

Sifu’s Arenas Mode Expansion

The focus of the upcoming update is Sifu’s Arenas mode. Players can expect the addition of six new dynamic arenas and 75 new challenges, which will inject fresh excitement into the game. Furthermore, the update will introduce more modifiers and cheats, allowing players to customize their experience and increase the game’s difficulty. In addition to gameplay enhancements, players will have the opportunity to dress their characters in film-inspired outfits. The update will also introduce new enemies, including doppelgangers and zombie-like adversaries.

The Journey of Sifu

Sifu originally launched on PlayStation and PC through the Epic Game Store in 2022. It later made its way to the Nintendo Switch and Xbox platforms earlier this year. The game has received previous updates that introduced additional difficulty options, gameplay modifiers, and the initial Arenas expansion. Excitingly, Sifu is also being adapted into a live-action film, with Derek Kolstad, the writer of John Wick, leading the project.
