To check your ping in FFXIV, go to ARR Status, where you can find the IP address needed for the ping check.

Use the top navigation to filter the results based on your region and Data Center, making it easier to identify yours. After that, open Command Prompt on your PC, type “ping [ip address]” using the IP from ARR Status, and press enter to obtain your FFXIV ping.

  • Use An Ethernet Cable – Employing an ethernet cable is the fastest way to improve internet speed and lower ping.
  • Upgrade Your Internet – Contact your ISP if your ping does not improve, as an upgrade may be necessary for better performance in FFXIV.
