Ubisoft Teases New Content and Modes for Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown
Ubisoft has exciting plans for the future of Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, with new content and modes set to be introduced in free updates very soon.
Since its release in January, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown has received high praise from critics. Eurogamer’s Christian Donlan described it as a “real delight…that revels in both its genre and its own heritage” in his four-star review. Despite some reports indicating that the game may not have performed as well commercially, Ubisoft is committed to expanding on the title.
Director Mounir Radi shared a brief video message on social media (as spotted by VGC), expressing gratitude to fans for their support. He mentioned, “It means the world to us seeing you enjoy your time with the game just as much as we do. Which is why, I’m especially pleased to let you know that we are far from being done”.
Radi revealed that the development team has exciting plans for the upcoming months. This includes free updates that will introduce “more content” and new modes for players to “challenge, explore, and enjoy.” The first of these updates is expected to arrive shortly, and Radi hinted that players may want to practice with Artaban and attempt to conquer the game in Immortals mode.
He added, “These skills could come in very handy.”
