Collecting Feedback from Xbox Insiders
Working closely with Jon, I had the responsibility of gathering feedback from Xbox Insiders and relaying that information to our engineering team. In addition, I collaborated with Austin to enhance the survey and reporting processes.
Transition to Customer Support
After about three years in my role, I made a shift to the Customer Support team. There, I focused on providing assistance to Xbox users. However, due to the pandemic and an organizational restructure, I eventually found myself back on the Xbox Insider team. In my current position, I concentrate on ensuring hardware readiness for devices and accessories used by both first- and third-party teams. Furthermore, we gather extensive data to support our engineering efforts.
