For all Xbox Insiders out there, we are excited to announce a new Xbox Update Preview rolling out to the Alpha ring today. It’s crucial to highlight that these preview OS builds include background enhancements to ensure a stable and high-quality build for Xbox consoles. Even if the changes to the UI are minimal or behind the scenes, we will continue to share these release notes so you are informed about the upcoming updates for your device.

Fixes Included
Thanks to the valuable feedback from Xbox Insiders and the dedicated work of Xbox engineers, we are pleased to announce the following fixes implemented in this build:
System
- Various stability and performance fixes.
- Various updates to accurately reflect local languages across the console.
Known Issues
While known issues may have been previously listed in Xbox Insider Release Notes, rest assured they are not being overlooked. Xbox engineers are actively working to find solutions. If you encounter any of these issues, please follow the provided guidance and submit feedback using the Report a Problem feature.
Audio
- Some users have reported intermittent audio issues throughout the dashboard, games, and apps.
Controllers
- We are investigating an issue with Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 paddles remaining active without an active profile.
- We are looking into an issue affecting 3.5mm joysticks used with the Xbox Adaptive Controller.
Networking
- We are investigating reports of consoles not connecting to the network immediately upon boot.
Parties & Chats
- Some users are experiencing issues with party chat and communication.
