Konami Announces Launch of Rocket Knight Adventures: Re-Sparked

Konami has shared that Rocket Knight Adventures: Re-Sparked is set to release on Nintendo Switch and other platforms on 11th June 2024.

The opossum knight, Sparkster, will be back in just over a month with a collection including all three of his games – Rocket Knight Adventures, Sparkster: Rocket Knight Adventures 2, and Sparkster.

For those interested, digital pre-orders are currently open on the Switch eShop (North America) with a 15% discount available until 12th June.

If you’re unfamiliar with these classic games, here’s a brief overview provided by Konami:

Rocket Knight Adventures: Re-Sparked is a collection featuring three classic side-scrolling games where players control the heroic Sparkster to battle robots, pigs, and various bosses. With powerful attacks and strategic maneuvers, Sparkster is on a quest to save the princess through numerous epic battles.

The collection includes:

– Rocket Knight Adventures
– SPARKSTER Rocket Knight Adventures 2
– SPARKSTER
– Additional non-gameplay modes: Museum & Music Player
– Boss Rush mode for immediate boss fights
– Save game feature
– Rewind function for quick gameplay corrections
– Various display settings for player preference

Limited Run Games will be handling physical copies of the game, expected to ship in July. As of now, all versions of the game are sold out, with hopes of a restock in their store.
