Amazon’s next free-to-play fantasy MMO Throne and Liberty is out in September

Throne and Liberty Set for Worldwide Release

Throne and Liberty, the highly anticipated South Korean free-to-play fantasy MMO published by Amazon Games, is scheduled for a worldwide release on 17th September. Players can look forward to an open beta on both PC and consoles in July. Developed by NCSoft, renowned for titles such as Guild Wars and City of Heroes, Throne and Liberty offers a vast world for exploration and epic “massive-scale combat” with the capacity to host “thousands of players at once”. This all takes place in the dynamic open world of Solisium.

To succeed in Throne and Liberty, players must adapt their strategies to survive and excel in Player vs Player (PvP), Player vs Environment (PvE), or a combination of both. The battlefield is constantly evolving, influenced by factors such as weather, time of day, and the presence of other players. As the promotional material states, there is no singular path to victory as players strive to overcome the challenges presented by the formidable Kazar and secure their claim to the throne while fending off rival guilds.

This beta period serves as an opportunity for players to provide feedback and help shape the future of the game.
