Don’t Nod Delays Lost Records: Bloom & Rage To Give The Next Life Is Strange Some Space

Developer Delays Lost Records: Bloom & Rage Release to Early 2025

Don’t Nod Entertainment has announced a delay for its highly anticipated two-part narrative-driven adventure game, Lost Records: Bloom & Rage. The new release window is set for early 2025, as the team wants to ensure that its spiritual cousin, Life Is Strange: Double Exposure, has the spotlight later this year.

The original release date for Lost Records was late 2024, coinciding with the launch of the next installment in the Life is Strange series. Rather than competing with the beloved Life Is Strange franchise, which Don’t Nod kickstarted and continued, the studio decided to give both games the chance to shine by pushing Lost Records to 2025.

Studio Statement

“We’ve made the decision to move the release dates of Lost Records: Bloom & Rage to early 2025. We know you’re all excited for both Lost Records and the new Life Is Strange game, and we wanted to ensure both have adequate space to shine. The wait will be worth it,” the developers shared.

Release Details

Life Is Strange: Double Exposure is scheduled to launch on October 29, followed by Lost Records: Bloom & Rage in early 2025. Both games will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
