Samba de Amigo: Party Central Boogies on Over to Switch on August 29th

SEGA has shaken up the gaming community by announcing that Samba de Amigo: Party Central, which was revealed at the February Nintendo Direct showcase, will be releasing on the Nintendo Switch on August 29th, as stated by the company in their recent announcement. Fans of the musical maraca series have been eagerly waiting for its release date outside of ‘Summer 2023,’ and now they have something to look forward to.

New Playlist and Sonic the Hedgehog Tracks

After being dormant for years, the beloved Samba de Amigo party game series is making a comeback, and SEGA is going all out for its revitalization. The new Party Central game features iconic tracks from the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise and a bunch of new contemporary pop songs, including a playlist of hits by Ariana Grande, which you can view here.

Pre-orders are now available on the Nintendo eShop

Pre-orders for both the standard digital and Digital Deluxe Editions of the game are now available on the Nintendo eShop. The standard version can be pre-ordered for £34.99, while there is also the Digital Deluxe Edition available for £44.99. The special edition includes several exclusive features, including the Sonic Music DLC pack, which features songs from Sonic Adventure and Sonic Frontiers, among others. Also included is the Sega Music DLC pack, which contains a number of other songs from the studio’s history, along with special costumes from the Sonic, Space Channel 5, Super Monkey Ball, and Puyo Puyo series.
