New Mobile Games of the Week: July 26th- August 1st

Every single week, the App Store gets bombarded with a plethora of brand new mobile games, making it challenging for players to sort through the clutter. In the past, game developers would try to release their games by Wednesday or early Thursday to potentially catch a feature spot on the App Store, but now, with the platform constantly refreshing, it’s less necessary. However, at TouchArcade, we’ve maintained our tradition of releasing our weekly roundup of the best games every Wednesday night. Without further ado, let’s take a look at the latest and greatest mobile games released this week!

Aether Gazer (Free)

In the future, constant war has made Earth uninhabitable, forcing humans to upload their consciousnesses to Gaea, an AI satellite orbiting Earth. Your aim is to lead a squad, using different characters’ unique skillsets, to battle against evil computer viruses called Visbanes who aim to destroy humanity’s promised paradise in a game of strategy and battles.

Alchemy Dungeon (Free)

Alchemy Dungeon is an entertaining mix of puzzle and rogue-like. Play as a character who needs to merge items, reveal new recipes, explore endless dungeons, defeat monsters, and acquire treasures. Your ultimate goal is to obtain high scores so that you can unlock exciting characters, powers, and levels, and also upgrade your loot.

Antivine ($3.99)

Antivine is a moving game that follows the story of a young boy searching for the reason behind his uniqueness. In this peaceful and delicate composition, players must use logic to solve puzzles and help the young boy on his journey.

Asset 15 (Free)

Asset 15 is an Augmented Reality (AR) experience and an adventure story game that follows a heroine’s quest to restore her fragmented memories. Mobile users get to navigate the physical space in the interactive adventure-thriller game and solve puzzles while unlocking various levels and chapters.

Legend of Keepers combines Rogue-like and dungeon management gameplay. Little Red Riding Rogue (Free)

In Little Red Riding Rogue, you play as Little Red, trying to slay villains like Orcs and Wolves in the endless forest. Through this game, you can learn how slaying monsters can make you one yourself, and sometimes, the best path to take is the wary one.

Outerplane (Free)

Outerplane is an imaginative game that incorporates strategy-based combat, where players can turn the tide of battle with an array of different compositions and combo attacks.

Real Bout Fatal Fury 2 ACA NEOGEO ($3.99)

REAL BOUT FATAL FURY 2 is a fighting game that was originally released by SNK in 1998 and part of the Fatal Fury series. Newer elements have been integrated with refining the previous system. This entry adds Rick Strowd and Li Xiangfei as playable characters, and Geese Howard makes his reappearance.
