The Sorcerer is considered one of the best classes in Diablo 4 due to its well-roundedness. It is primarily a ranged class with strong defensive, mobility, and summoning abilities. Moreover, this class features numerous build opportunities and combos with high damage output potential when reaching end-game.

If the mage route doesn’t interest you, then we recommend Barbarian or Necromancer as alternative choices.

The Barbarian is a powerful melee warrior class that can wield various weapons such as swords, axes, maces, polearms, and hammers. Its leap ability and flexible spec options make it an excellent choice for newer players.
