Diablo 4 Paragon Board System

After finishing the Diablo 4 campaign, players often wonder what to do next. Fortunately, with the game constantly updated with new content, it’s important to understand the Paragon Board, one of the best endgame mechanics in Diablo 4 which is introduced with the Season 1 update. In this guide, we will explain what the Paragon Board is and why it’s so valuable.

What is a Paragon Board in Diablo 4?

The Paragon Board system in Diablo 4 operates as a progression system after players complete the campaign. The system exists to help players create the best endgame builds which can take down enemies as they progress through the World Tier difficulties. Reaching level 50 unlocks the Paragon Board system and each board has different nodes depending on the class selected by the player. The rarities of the unlocked nodes affect the build to some extent. When players complete a board, a Board Attachment Gate Node becomes available. This node connects the next Paragon board to the current passive tree, providing a progression system that players need to build while reaching higher levels.

How to Earn Paragon Points

Earn Paragon Points in Diablo 4 by leveling up in the game. Every 25% of the XP bar rewards players with Paragon Points once they reach level 50. Players can earn up to four Paragon Points for each level up. Complete all the Renown requirements in each region of the game to earn four Paragon Points for each. How to Get Another Paragon Board in Diablo 4

Players need to level up, unlock as many Normal, Magic, Rare, and Legendary nodes as they can and complete the current board to get another Paragon Board in Diablo 4. Upon completion of the current board, players reach the Board Attachment Gate node. Use a Paragon Point on this node, select the gate again to open the Board Selection Screen. This screen allows players to select one of the eight Paragon Boards available, each of which contains a Legendary Node designed for a particular class. Once a board has been selected, use the Preview option to start with the node that benefits the passive tree.

Additionally, players can respec the Paragon Points that have been used in their build, much like the Skill Point Respec system. This allows players to experiment with the Paragon Board and utilize it properly in Diablo 4.
