The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom provides players with a plethora of activities to enjoy in its expansive open-world. From cooking to assisting NPCs in mayoral elections to even constructing your own abode, there is no shortage of things to do. One of the side quests in Tears of the Kingdom is the Lucky Clover Gazette quest chain, consisting of various quests that can be found at different stables in the land of Hyrule. This guide aims to assist players in completing “Gourmets Gone Missing,” one of the more challenging quests in this chain.

How to Complete “Gourmets Gone Missing” in Tears of the Kingdom

Upon receiving the Gourmets Gone Missing quest from Penn and speaking to the person overseeing the river for the tardy Agus and his companions, the quest officially commences. Your objective now is to locate these individuals, discover the cause of their delay, and assist them. Gotter provides a hint regarding their possible whereabouts, mentioning that they usually cross the Owlan Bridge adjacent to the Riverside Stable where you are currently situated. Therefore, that is the most likely place to investigate.

Locating the missing gourmets is relatively simple – follow the road that extends beyond the bridge. Eventually, you will spot them on the right side of the road, visibly fatigued. If you are unable to find them, refer to the precise location on the map provided above. Once you discover them, they will be discussing a recipe, which you can examine in the book situated at the center of their camp. The next step is to prepare this recipe and present it to them.

Preparing the Meal

The Gourmets Gone Missing quest requires raw meat, Hylian rice, and rock salt as ingredients. These items are not too difficult to obtain – raw meat can be acquired from various animals in the wild, such as deer. Rock salt can be obtained by breaking ore deposits, and if you have explored any caves, there may already be some in your inventory from previous mining. Hylian rice is available for purchase at numerous stores, including Beedle’s shop at the Riverside Stable where you received this quest.

Once you have gathered all of the ingredients, place one of each into a cooking pot, and then present it to Agus, who is seated next to the tree. Upon completing this step, the Gourmets Gone Missing quest will be successfully finished!
