Stumble Guys Coming To Consoles; Beta, Cross-Play, And Cross-Progression Confirmed

Stumble Guys, a popular battle royale game inspired by Fall Guys, is expanding its reach to consoles with cross-platform progression. The game, which has already amassed tens of millions of players per week, will make its console debut on Xbox. Pre-registration is now open for Xbox players on StumbleGuys.com, with early beta access and digital gifts available as incentives for signing up.

Stumble Guys, developed by Kitka Games and now operated and published by Scopely, gained significant popularity as it filled the gap left by the absence of a mobile version for Fall Guys. With the console edition’s launch, existing players on mobile will be able to carry their progression over to the console version. Additionally, after the launch, cross-play functionality will be introduced, allowing players on mobile, console, and PC to compete against each other.

Scopely, the developer behind Stumble Guys, recently made headlines with its acquisition by Savvy Games Group, a division of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund. The acquisition, which amounted to $4.9 billion, marked one of the largest deals in the history of the gaming industry.
