Gloomhaven, the highly popular board game, is making its way to consoles, according to publisher Twin Sails Interactive. In addition, a special edition of the game will be released, featuring six collectible cards.

Release Date for Gloomhaven on Consoles

The console versions of Gloomhaven, including PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch, will be available starting September 19, 2023. Players can digitally purchase the game from the PlayStation Store and Nintendo eShop. However, fans can also get their hands on a special physical edition known as the Gloomhaven Mercenaries Edition on the same day.

The Gloomhaven Mercenaries Edition includes the base game, as well as the Solo Scenarios DLC, providing players with a new way to experience the tactical RPG. Additionally, it includes the Mercenary Challenges DLC and one of the six collectible cards. Each card showcases unique artwork featuring different characters from the game.

The video game adaptation of Gloomhaven initially launched on PC in 2021. This card-driven, turn-based tactical strategy game lets players take on the role of mercenaries who delve into dungeons, battle monsters, and fulfill quests.
