What’s in Store for the Direct?

While there’s still much speculation surrounding the content of this Direct, there are a few possibilities. One major release fans can anticipate is Super Mario Bros. Wonder, which recently received its own dedicated Direct. In addition, Detective Pikachu Returns, a highly-anticipated Switch exclusive, is set to release next month. It’s likely that we’ll get more details about this title during the Direct.

Although there have been limited exclusives for the Switch in the latter part of 2023, Nintendo Directs in September typically provide a glimpse into the following year. Therefore, fans are hopeful to receive more information about Nintendo’s plans for 2024.
