According to this Steam Community Discussion, Valve has confirmed that support is coming soon. Since the launch of the game, the community servers have been unplayable. Joining Community Surf Servers in CS2

Valve has provided the option to join Community Servers in CS2, even though full support has not yet been added. Soon, these servers will be playable. If you want to join a community server in CS2, follow these steps:

  2. Click on the globe icon next to the practice option.
  3. You will see a list of community servers.
