Dead By Daylight’s Stranger Things collaboration is coming back

Dead By Daylight Celebrates Stranger Things Day with a Crossover

In honor of Stranger Things day, the horror game Dead By Daylight is reintroducing the popular Stranger Things crossover back into the game.

It may come as a surprise, but there is indeed a Stranger Things day, and it’s a cause for celebration for fans of Dead By Daylight. The Stranger Things crossover was a fan favorite, but it was removed from the game when the original licensing deal expired.

However, today, Behaviour Interactive announced that the Stranger Things collaboration is making a comeback. This crossover includes survivors Nancy Wheeler and Steve Harrington, as well as the monstrous Demogorgon appearing as a killer.

Mathieu Côté, head of partnerships at Behaviour Interactive, stated, “We’re thrilled to renew this collaboration with Netflix, to bring back the Stranger Things Chapter, including the Underground Complex Map from the Hawkins National Laboratory, and the iconic Survivor duo composed of Nancy Wheeler, a tough aspiring journalist, and Steve Harrington, a former high school jock with a knack for finding trouble. We hope players who didn’t get to experience Stranger Things will take full advantage of this gaming experience today.”

All cosmetics associated with the collaboration will also be available in the store, so players can dress up Steve Harrington in his ridiculous Scoops Ahoy outfit from season three.

Dead By Daylight has become known for its extensive roster of licensed content since its release in 2016. The game has featured horror icons such as Ghostface and Leatherface, as well as popular survivors like Bruce Campbell, Ellen Ripley, and even Nicolas Cage.
