Hey Xbox Insiders! We are excited to announce the release of the new Xbox App for Windows build to Xbox Insiders enrolled in the PC Gaming Insiders preview. This marks the fourth release of the 2311 build, and there are some exciting new features, bug fixes, and known issues to be aware of. Don’t forget to update the Xbox app and Gaming Services to ensure you get all of the great fixes below!

Xbox App version: 2311.1000.54.0

Game Bar version: 6.123.11012.0

• Released: 5:00 p.m. PT – November 3rd, 2023

Gaming Services version released: 16.82.1001.0

• Released: 5:00 p.m. PT – November 2nd, 2023

• Refreshed UI in the installation queue
• Refreshed button, font, and game channel styling
• Improved notifications UI, including an option to show unread only
• Compact mode for the app that improves the experience on handhelds and small screens
• Improved controller navigation across the app

• Fixed an issue where Notifications cannot be deleted on certain handheld devices

• The team is investigating reports of a few titles not launching properly offline
• The team is aware of some rare instances that may cause download speed performance to decrease
