Xbox Leak Shows Off Buff Peter Griffin and Solid Snake in Fortnite
Fortnite’s latest season is coming to an end, but a leak on the Xbox Store suggests that the next season will introduce Peter Griffin and Solid Snake to the game. These characters add to the already diverse roster of Fortnite, with Solid Snake being a particularly fitting choice given the upcoming release of Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1.
However, the addition of Peter Griffin is sure to surprise many players who have speculated and joked about his inclusion for years. Here’s what you need to know about these upcoming additions.

A leaked ad on the Xbox Store was discovered by Twitter user MGA_Lani and was also shared by the unofficial News Fortnite account, Shiina. The ad revealed a muscular Peter Griffin in a tuxedo, accompanied by Solid Snake and other Fortnite characters, hinting that they will be part of the battle pass for Fortnite Season 5: Chapter 1.
While most characters added to Fortnite are not a surprise, the inclusion of Peter Griffin is unexpected. Considering that Fortnite includes variant skins for each character, we might even see alternate versions of Solid Snake and Peter Griffin, such as season 1 Peter with his distinctive chin balls or an older version of Snake.
We can expect official news from Epic Game Stores once Fortnite season 5: chapter 1 launches. The current season will conclude with an in-game live rap performance called The Big Bang featuring Eminem. The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 2, 2023, at 2 PM ET.
