Survival in the realm of Embervale will be quite difficult if you don’t start crafting basic materials early on in Enshrouded. However, once you do establish your base and come across different survivors like the Carpenter, you will be able to progress further and upgrade your crafting with different resources. Where to Find Hardwood in Enshrouded

Players will get their hands on Hardwood in Enshrouded from enormous trees scattered around in Embervale. While they might look like any other trees, these trees are huge and have green vines growing on the base. You will be able to distinguish them from other trees quite easily once you come across one.

Players will come across an abundance of Hardwood trees between the Revelwoods’ Ancient Spire and the Farmer’s Ancient Vault where they will stumble upon the survivor. Since most of the areas would be covered by the shroud, we would suggest that you go hunt for these resources prepared with all the equipment needed.

With that being said, you can chop down the Hardwood trees even with a basic axe in Enshrouded. However, it will consume a lot of stamina of your character and won’t be very efficient in the game. We would recommend that you upgrade your axe from the Blacksmith before heading out on the expedition to save yourself some time and energy in the process.

With the help of the Carpenter, you will be able to use Hardwood in Enshrouded to craft different recipes. Most of these recipes including Ornate Wooden Bed, Polished Banquet Table, etc will provide you with comfort at your base.
