In case you missed it, Mortal Kombat 1 has confirmed Peacemaker will be arriving next month on 6th March 2024, with the “Early Access” window starting next week on 28th February. In an update, it’s now also shared the official Peacemaker Gameplay Trailer.

Due to the mature themes, we can’t show it here, but you can head on over to YouTube to check it out. DC’s Peacemaker (featuring the likeness of John Cena, and also voiced by the man himself) will make his debut in Mortal Kombat 1 as a main fighter alongside Janet Cage.

It’s a new year for Mortal Kombat 1 and NetherRealm Studios is gearing up for another DLC character release. The DC hero Peacemaker (with the likeness of John Cena) will be arriving as an “early access” release on 28th February 2024.

In a brief post on social media, Warner Bros. mentioned how it would be sharing more details about his arrival soon as well as the new season. The full release of this same character should follow a week later in March.

This character’s arrival is close to the conclusion of Season 3 and follows on from the addition Quan-Chi. A DLC Kameo Fighter reveal should also follow Peacemaker’s release. When we hear more, we’ll let you know.

The remaining Kombat Pack characters after Peacemaker include Ermac, Homelander from The Boys and Takeda Takahashi.
