MLB The Show 24 Now Available with Early Access
Exciting news for baseball fans as MLB The Show 24 is now available for purchase in the MVP, Digital Deluxe, or Negro-Leagues edition. Early access was launched on March 15, four days ahead of the official release date of March 19 for the standard edition. The pricier editions come with bonus content for Diamond Dynasty mode, including special in-game items. For those interested in the Negro-Leagues collector’s edition, you can also receive a steelbook case and a limited-edition New Era flat brim hat. If the extra content isn’t a priority, the standard edition can still be preordered for $60 or $70, depending on the platform. MLB The Show 24 is playable on PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.
Early Access Option for Xbox Game Pass Subscribers
Although MLB The Show 24 won’t be available on Xbox Game Pass until March 19, subscribers can purchase the Digital Deluxe Add-On Bundle for $40 to gain early access. This bundle includes all the bonus content from the Digital Deluxe and Negro-Leagues editions.
MLB The Show 24 Preorder Bonuses
Players who preorder the digital version of MLB The Show 24 will receive a Gold Choice pack for Diamond Dynasty. Both physical and digital editions also come with The Show packs. Additionally, PlayStation and Xbox owners will receive in-game currency to use for items. The number of packs and amount of currency you receive depend on the edition you choose.
MLB The Show 24 Negro-Leagues Edition ($125)
The Negro-Leagues Edition of MLB The Show 24 pays homage to the historic pro baseball league. Priced at $125, this edition includes a digital copy of the game, various collectibles, in-game content, and early access starting on March 15. PlayStation will donate $1 from each purchase of this edition to the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum. Here’s what you get with the collector’s edition:

The MVP Edition of MLB The Show 24, priced at $85, allows players to start playing on March 15 and includes the following in-game extras:

Standard Edition Pricing and Details
The standard edition of MLB The Show 24 is available for $60 or $70, depending on the platform. The PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions are $70, while the Xbox One, PS4, and Nintendo Switch versions are priced at $60. Both physical and digital copies come with five MLB The Show packs for Diamond Dynasty mode, each containing four players and one item. PS5 and Xbox Series X players will also receive 5,000 Stubs as in-game currency.
If you initially purchase the PS4 or Xbox One version and later decide to upgrade, there is an option to pay a $10 upgrade fee. MLB The Show 24 will also be available on Xbox Game Pass for Series X|S and Xbox One subscribers on its release date.
