Overview
- The new Xbox Mastercard, issued by Barclays and with no annual fee, is now available to Xbox players in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
- Cardmembers can earn and redeem card points on digital games, add-ons, and more at Xbox.com, Microsoft.com, on console, and in-game.
In September 2023, Xbox Insiders were given early access to the Xbox Mastercard to provide feedback on the user experience, resulting in a points system that caters to players’ preferences.
Card Benefits
- Xbox & Microsoft – Earn 5x card points on eligible products at the Microsoft Store.
- Streaming services – Earn 3x card points on eligible streaming services like Netflix and Disney+.
- Dining delivery services – Earn 3x card points on eligible dining delivery services like Grubhub and DoorDash.
- Everyday purchases – Earn 1X card points on all other everyday purchases.
Additionally, cardmembers can enjoy new benefits such as 5,000 bonus card points after the first purchase, three months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for new members, and more.

- Three free months of Spotify Premium Individual
- Barclays Money Basics for financial education
All benefits are applicable to both new and existing cardmembers, with the option to choose from five unique designs and personalize the card with a gamertag.
