7-Eleven and Tetris Team Up for New Merchandise Line

Tetris and 7-Eleven have announced an exciting new collaboration, revealing a range of merchandise products that includes the innovative Slurpee + Tetris Handheld Game Device.

The product description on 7-Eleven’s website details that the handheld device features an officially licensed Tetris title displayed in full color on a 1.8-inch screen. Equipped with a built-in speaker and volume control, the device can be powered by three AAA batteries or a USB-C cable.

Priced at $30, the release date for the device has not been finalized, with the website only stating that it is “Coming Soon.” It appears that the product will be exclusive to the United States initially, leaving uncertainties about its availability in other regions. Alongside the game device, the collaboration will also include a range of merchandise such as t-shirts, hoodies, hats, tote bags, and stickers.

Collaborations between companies and video games have become increasingly common, with notable recent examples including Uniqlo’s partnership with Nintendo to produce a Zelda apparel line and Balenciaga’s collaboration with Fortnite in previous years.
